Role Overview:

We are looking for master relationship builders! Through the SwagUp journey, we’ve come to realize, no matter how great your technology, people buy from people. Enterprise Account Executives at SwagUp have the privilege of expanding our relationship with our most valuable customers.

We believe swag is incredibly impactful, but incredibly underutilized because of all of the friction involved in buying and distributing it. We are on a mission to Empower meaningful connections for organizations worldwide by simplifying branded merchandise management.

Our Enterprise AEs help our best customers realize the full potential of swag in their organizations. It starts with a deep relationship rooted in trust and is backed by our world-class platform and capabilities.

The best AEs are more akin to consultants than they are sales people. Great AEs are curious, they deeply understand their customer’s business in order to uncover problems that align with solutions they can provide. We win through partnership, not mindless pushing.

What We Expect:

  • Build the type of relationships with your customers that lead to wedding invites and weekend texts.
  • Navigate enterprises to build deep relationships across all teams, leveraging internal and external connections.
  • Ability to provide powerful solutions to customers by asking questions that uncover pain.
  • Understanding of internal and external technology and how it works together to provide value to customers.
  • Coordinate with multiple SwagUp team members to meet the needs of our best customers and give yourself leverage.
  • Prospect, primarily within existing enterprise accounts, but also to net new key accounts.
  • Capture customer’s entire swag budget, while creating demand for net new spend.
  • Strive for 100% customer retention.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers to win deals and build relationships.
  • Willingness to run through walls for your customers .
  • Pre-empt the need for RFPs by deeply understanding customer needs.
  • Curiosity to research accounts to speak their language and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Humility to do the dirty work when needed, but the intellect to know where to get leverage.


Top Candidates Have:

  • Demonstrable track record of building and expanding million dollar accounts.
  • Experience selling swag/branded merchandise.
  • Top 10% performer in previous sales orgs.
  • History of winning in competitive settings, such as college sports.
  • Endless curiosity for business, startups, and selling.
  • A natural sense for creativity and design.
  • An insatiable desire to reach their full potential.
  • The hunger and ability to source pipeline when needed.
  • Experience with Salesforce and rigor for data integrity.
